Kevin, The Communication Clinic and Thrive Now Group

Kevin O’Reilly is the owner of Thrive Now Group. The Communication Clinic is his communication training hub, bringing together one-to-one coaching, business workshops, live clinics and online courses.

He works with business owners, leaders and managers on communication skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, confidence and the barriers that make it harder to be understood.

Experience and professional development

Kevin has over 25 years’ coaching experience, is a TEDx speaker, a Level 7 Coach and Mentor, and is behavioural analytics trained. His credentials include Chartered Manager, CMI membership, and The Art And Science Of Neuro Linguistic Programming – Certified Practitioner.

He is also a member of the Association for Coaching. Professional credentials describe training and membership; they do not promise a particular result for every client.

In his book, Kevin explores why communication goes wrong and how clarity, listening and confidence can improve it. He also discusses being diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia later in life, and how that helped him understand different ways of processing information.
